Sub-units is the term for a group of several units which make up a whole unit. A prime example would be the individual units that make up a Wheelbarrow unit: the Farmer, Apple Thrower, and Traveller. There are also the Clams that are thrown from the CLAMS unit. The Crow is yet another excellent example of the sub-unit, being summoned from the Scarecrow. Weapons pilots, horses, and other riders are also sub-unit.
How to Access[]
- Note: The sub-unit faction has been patched as of Early Access 0.13.4. and is only available in prior releases.
To access the sub-unit faction, select a custom unit. Then, reset the map. To do this, press the Esc key to access the options menu and select a map in the map select menu. Once the map is loaded, you will be met with the sub-unit faction at your unit selection bar. Do note it will be lost if you select a faction, and one must repeat the steps to access it again.
As of now, there is a custom faction that can be downloaded within the TABS workshop, searching Sub-Unit can allow you to find it. The creator is EJ_5527.
