The Spooky Faction is one of the 14 factions in Totally Accurate Battle Simulator.

The UI icon color of the faction is 'Byzantine-Purple'.

Description

The Spooky Faction is based on Halloween with undead units, and this Faction sacrifices some damage and a lot of health in order to inflict very strong status conditions on enemy units that can influence the battle.

Maps

	Spooky 1 A remake of Medieval 1 map, to follow a Halloween thematic. There are no leaves on any of the trees and there is a small cemetery on the default red side. The Banshee and the Skeleton Giant can be found here, as well as the Fantasy Evil map.
	Spooky 2 A remake of Dynasty (Map), to follow a Halloween thematic. Note that the gazebo and hole in the center of the map were removed. A grid was placed there instead to close it off. There are also vines separating part of each side into three small parts. The Necromancer and the Witch can be found here.

Trivia

• The Three Kings level in the Campaign might be a reference to a well-known ritual game also named "Three Kings."
• This Faction only came a week after the Pirate Faction.
• This Faction came so quickly because the maps are just spookified remakes of other Maps.
• While the faction was released in the 2019 Halloween Update, It took over a year for the faction to get secret units, in the 2020 Halloween Update.
• Most of the spooky props are referred to as Halloween instead of spooky.
• Spooky faction is one of the only factions that have more several units that cost the same, the others being the Legacy and Secret factions.
• The faction's order in the UI was messed up by a bug following the Neon update. Landfall has announced that they are working on fixing this bug.

Lore

• The "spooky realm" is indeed a different plane. Sort of a shadow realm (Not all realms share the same physical world). Dead creatures come there to be transported to the afterlife by the Reaper and its helping cast. (Official Lore from Zorro on the Landfall discord.)
